At this time, all award packages will be sent directly to the nominator unless otherwise indicated on the application for presentation.
Yes. If all Return to In-Person Guiding protocols set by Girl Guides of Canada are followed, award ceremonies can occur. Please see the COVID-19 Information page for the most up to date information.
Because GGC staff are working remotely, awards are being mailed through a mailing house in Toronto and the award mailing process may take longer.
Once nominations are approved and sent to the mailing house they are archived in Survey Monkey. If you need to see the nomination, please email on-recognition@girlguides.ca. Please provide as much information about the nomination as you can when asking for it to be restored.
