Are you a new Guider unsure what to do with your unit? Have you recently switched branch levels? Whether new to your unit or a seasoned Guider, new ideas are always helpful!
Provincial Training Weeks are great for Guiders of all experience levels.
Consider taking part in a training event – it is a great way to bring new skills back to your unit or to increase your programming options for the year ahead.
Training and Enrichment for Adult Members (TEAM) also allows you to meet fellow Guiders in your community.
TEAM programs have been developed to teach skills that are useful, not just for Guiding, but for personal development as well. Learn about conflict management and team building. You can even take a Girls United training – a program developed by Girl Guides to help adults recognize bullying behaviour, and put a stop to it.
