Unit Administrators
A Unit Administrator is an employee who works with the
ACL to support Unit Guiders. They assist with registration,
database updates (iMIS), Unit financial process and act
as an information resource for Guiders and parents
Some key ways the the UA provides support to Units by:
• Entering new Guider information into the Girl
Guide database (iMIS) • Processing
all girl registration forms (submitted directly from parents to UA) accompanied
by fee payment(s)
for entry into iMIS • Verifying (confirming) all submitted
revenues and expenses for your unit banking process • Assisting
with communication from ACL (via e-mail) and provincial
office • Providing Unit
Guiders with information on
the organization and processes • Updated Unit
roster (list of girls in your Unit)
